Hello there, Captain Grammar. I understand you're the resident "know it all" in this fair establishment. Well I must say - it's great to meet another such strong man of intellect and knowledge. Did you know that back in the days leading up to the Industrial Revolution.. they still used slaves to pick cotton? Yeah it's quite the anomoly.. it turns out - the cotton gin wasn't quite invented yet by Sir Eli Whitney. I can't imagine what it was like. Can you?
Anyways. Hope to see you around the bend. Until then.
Keep it Punctual.
Cliff

You're welcome.
Have you considered hosting your own forum? A forum where aspiring young music aficionados could have you critique their lyrics, perhaps.
I suppose that a "word of the day" posting would indeed be useful, as well.

I am in no way associated with that loser, Metalrules. His inane critiques of popular hit songs proved the fact that he was a failed songwriter, spending countless hours in his run-down shack as he toiled endlessly to achieve a delusional sense of perfection. The putrid odor of his lyrical reinterpretations was only trumped by the foul stench of his anus, which is where all of the feces he spewed had first originated.
I do like your idea of a Word of the Day. Once again, I am pleased to see that we have people on Rockpage who are passionate about grammatical excellence. Together, we can take back this board and reach a new height of punctuation. Try a little Vitamin G in your lives.

You know, general consensus states that some 15 years from now, in 2005 .. a young actor named Tom Cruise will become heavily eveloped in this belief called "scientology" in which he believes, and will preach - that vitamins, and medicine are not useful for a body, but a steady regiment of excersize, sleep, and meditation will do wonders for the human anatomy.Norm Peterson wrote:Vitamin B works for me.
