Re: Trixter Tribute Band?

And if you are not, give me proof of at least 10 major bands who were heavily influenced by them to prove how wildly influential you seem to think they are. as bag pointed out, Trixter has influenced both Pantera and ICP. I also stated in another thread that I can hear some Trixter influence in hat...

Trixter Tribute Band?

hey everyone. One of the reasons I came here to rockpage was because i've always wanted to start a Trixter tribute band. Since Trixter has such a wide influence on all styles of music that came after them, it only seem reasonable that a tribute band would go over. Since they recorded between 1990 an...

I love any music having to do wit Trixter. I think that they are one of teh most innovative bands of the 90's. What mozart is to classical music is what Trixter is to rock music!

I disagree. I can hear alot of Trixters influence in modern music, especially in alot of the modern metal bands. theres a song by that Hatebreed band that has a very similar riff to Trixters one song called Bad Girl.

that sucks. I was under the impression that Trixter helped defined modern music teh same way the Beatles did for their era or how led Zepplin did.

I honestly think that Steve Brown of Trixter is a higly underrated guitarist. Nobody really ever gave him credit for his tasteful lead work. Of course, I think that Trixter is one of the gratest rock bands of all time and were never really given a fair shake because of tht whole gruge thing that cam...
