Coupla facts you might not like:
Ken Lay did all his law breaking during the Clinton Admin. The Bush Att. general nailed him and prosecuted him, not Blow Job Billy. Clinton was getting lots of campagne cash from Kenny boy so he looked the other way.
Someting did come of the investigations, Bill lost his liscense to practice law due to lying while giving sworn testimony in a court of law. That has never happened before. Oh-----he was impreached, only the second time that has happened.
China now has the capability to shoot down our satelites in outer space. How much of the technology to do that came from the illegal sale of classified technology Clinton gave the Chicoms for cash?
Coupla things, UCJ... the illegal rolling blackouts in the western US happened during the Bush Admin. They shut off power to increase demand, and therefore, price. Their costs did not go up, equaling more profit. And if I remember correctly, CBS News broke that, not the AG. As per books cooking, well that's rampant in Big Business. "Big Business" is the group of people who have benefitted from the Bush Administration the most... it's not like they're going to derail the guys who put them in office. In 1967, the average CEO made about 20 times the salary of the average worker. Now many make 400 times that amount. That's fair, right? They work 400 times more hours, right? Anyway, the super-rich rule this country... but not for long.
And let's discuss our nuke tech sales to Iran (Rumsfeld, Cheney) and North Korea (Bush), arming Saddam (Reagan),... and several million manufacturing jobs (Buuuussssshhhh). Our country was sold out so some fat asses could pad their platinum parachutes.
As for Clinton v Bush... the people of America gave Billy approval ratings of 60%. Bush: high 20% range, and I'm being generous. Americans have tired of fighting the wrong war. They've grown disillusioned with a lack of checks and balances. They think we should protect our own borders, not Iraq's. They want bin Laden to pay. They showed in November that they're sick of Rovian tactics, incredibly bad foreign policy, and a complete disconnect from the needs of constituents. They want
CHANGE.
I'm going to go out on a limb, and reveal that I will likely vote for McCain, should he get the GOP nom. I'm not a socialist commie baby-killing pervert liberal. I do, however, want the Rove Machine to come to a stop... no, I want the Rove Machine to jump the tracks, careen into the ravine, smash into a million twisted pieces on the rocks below, then explode into a white-hot ball of flame, and a chagrined Karl Rove to be reduced to hawking his tell-all memoirs on QVC. Yeah, that'd be cool.----->JMS
