BS. The teacher had no business tormenting this kid and inviting the entire class to join in. A good oportunity to teach tolerance and acceptaence of others and there ideas. But, no, bigotry and intolerance was the lesson of the day.BadDazeRob wrote:My point exactly ... you fly off the handle on this board at the slightest hint of what you perceave as a flame on your person but you don't experience one-tenth of what he did because he was PHYSICALLY present.YankeeRose wrote:Oh, he can wear his Broncos Jersey, but come ON, he or his parents had to have expected he'd cause some turmoil and he'd draw some kind of flack, but from other students. I often talked to, joked with and even had 1 or 2 heated discussions with a couple of my Teachers, but this? Nothing even remotely close. I don't believe he expected the Teacher to behave that way, either. There was no lesson to be learned in making him sit on the floor to take the test...all I feel it was, was that he hadn't broken him down and that was his asshole aim. I wonder how many other students he's totally humiliated for a "lesson", or has it only happened to this student? I'd wager it's only this one. All because of the Steelers? What a DICK!

yours is just virtual and you go apeshit
the KID was physically present not you... geez. maybe that's the problem, your "reading between the lines" when you should be reading the LINES.YankeeRose wrote:no surrender wrote: you fly off the handle on this board at the slightest hint of what you perceave as a flame on your person but you don't experience one-tenth of what he did because he was PHYSICALLY present.

Troll, none of us discussing this was physically present. Are you drunk, or just having another identity crisis, for you described yourself perfectly. You've just attacked me again, FOR NO REASON.
Moi, "apeshit"? Well, if that isn't the pot calling the kettle black! I've never gone "apeshit" as you call it, simply because someone doesn't like the same kind of Beer as I. Ever hear of banter? Reasonable people partake in it all the time, often times with humor. Also, the word is "perceive" and I can read between the lines quite well.Back off, Troll.

And that "Back off, Troll" self-riteous insult, just proves my point.
