If you have a stereo unbalanced drumbox, and you hook a 1/4" TS to each L and R out, Y it to a 1/4" TRS, and hook into a balanced input... is this connection balanced?

Direct boxes are the simplest way. If you want "value added" you can get creative and take something like an equalizer with both unbalanced and balanced I/O and use that to equalize the sound AND step it up to balanced.Killjingle wrote:thats what I thought. so the best way to convert unbalanced to balanced is...
