I think that it was 46 yards. When you consider (a) that Vanderjagt is probably the best kicker in the NFL and (b) it was indoors, it probably was a miracle. He's also the cockiest kicker in the NFL... so good for him!!!

I don't know about you guys, but I was ready for OT.

...and when Roethlisberger reached out a hand and made that game-saving tackle

Ben saved the game there

The NFL has just announced a slight change in the style of referees' uniforms ...

He was paid off by the cross-town rivals of the guys who paid off the refs.

Herald, priceless picture. :D

Regarding the missed FG, one never knows, maybe it was the sheer will of thousands of fans closing their eyes and saying "NO, you can't DO this" that made it seem as if it was blown away by the wind...except that there's no wind in the RCA Dome...hahahaha! I don't know about anyone else, but I was exhausted last night from the sheer stress of that game. I'm overjoyed our boys won, but also I feel a sense of "relief" that they won and that is so wrong! They HAD that game...the Colts sucked in the 1st half, had 1 good possession in the 2nd half and that was it. If it wasn't for the f'ing Refs, the Steelers score would've been higher and they would have handily won, not barely won. Their "make up the rules as they go, ruling is final" and you can't do anything about it bullshit reminds me of the criminal in-justice system.

I still feel the Steelers can win it all, but it's not going to happen if they have to continue to deal with rotten Officials...they ultimately control the outcome of the game...and it WAS nothing short of a miracle that ball curved like it did...but God, The Great Spirit, or a Higher Power...I don't believe He really cares about football.

It is starting to look like Manning is taking the Dan Marino course on how to lead the NFL in passing yards but never win the big one.

Yet it seems Marino had more class while he never won a Super Bowl while oin contrast, Cry baby Manning is blaming his offensive line.

On ESPN and Cold Pizza, they really jumped on him for his classless blaming of teammates.

I do not think he will ever win the big game.
