Peter C's
I will miss seeing "the grimm" at Peter C's. I can't even really get my head around seeing them anywhere else on a regular basis.
I guess times change and it turns out that it is like everything else. You have to appreciate what you have when you have it. It might seem like shit at the time but you never know what is coming next.
Not that I ever thought that seeing the grimm at Petey C's was shit......

I've been hesitant to post this and no, it isn't because of the name:
"Damn Yankees" - the 2 CDs they did together, "Damn Yankees" and "Don't Tread On Me", weren't they...I liked them and there are more than ballads contained therein.
Of course, the ex-hubby took those 2 CDs and I don't believe they are in print. C'est les vie! (sp) Nuge and Shaw, an odd pair to work together, "kill and grill" Carnivore and Vegan, among other differences I'd almost wager - and Bless the others that had to work with them, but IMHO they worked together well. "You better SMILE when you say Damn Yankees!"

Maybe you could make a slight change to your rockpage name. ha haYankeeRose wrote:I've been hesitant to post this and no, it isn't because of the name:

I moved here in 1984 and the very first night, I went to the Eldolynn Terrace and saw Xeno. I cannot remember which line up it was, but the place was packed. I barely found room to stand in the back.FBooth wrote:Ron, Xeno was the shit back in the day. Talk about some talent! I remember opening for them at a Q-fest about 100 years ago. That would be a nice reunion show.
I wish more bars had crowds like that today for all the really talented band there are now.
