My favorite wing recipe is this...
On the grill, sprinkle wings with a little seasoned salt, grill till 3/4 done. Make a packet of McCormick (or any brand) of chicken gravy but use only 3/4 cup of water for a thicker mix. Add a dash or two of basil and garlic seasoning to gravy. Baste the wings in gravy mix the last couple flips and grill until the skin is a golden brown. Voila, sheer deliciousness.

I've made sushi...I would not recommend using raw fish you buy around here. I just don't completely trust it, and it is not the same grade as raw fish in a real sushi bar...however, i have done California roll and just veggies. Buy 'sushi rice' I believe it is short-grain and definitely do what is tells you on the package when preparing it (sugar/vinegar) and when I eat sushi every bite has equal amounts of soy sauce/ginger/wasabi for the proper taste explosion. LOVE wasabi, its my favorite part of sushi. Its cheapest to buy powdered sushi and add water to make a paste. The possibilities of fillings you put in it are endless. Buy the rolling mat...roll your sushi like a joint. Sushi is fun and easy to make!

I like to fry mine then when the are done, broil them in the oven for a couple minutes with a coating of chili powder and cajun seasoning. It helps make them crisy which helps the sauce stick and give it a lil extra kick. I have like 20 different kinds of hot sauce I use to make the sauce...too many to list. Suffice to say you need two things to eat my hot wings. A fire extinguisher for your mouth....and a wet nap for the other end of the plumbing!!! HA HA HA HA Wasabi and habanero pepper sauce my friends. :)

Yes we all should take advice about health issues from a daily drunk. I'll eat those weekly hot wings you keep drinking that daily booze by the gallon and let's see who outlives who. My money says you ain't blowing out 100 candles either.

if it's so great eat it without the suace.

all about the suace, and that's the clue!

I just marinade them in Louisiana hot sauce overnight and then throw them on the grill, basting them with what's left of the sauce.

I guess its time to clean up that grill.

My favorite wings are the plain breaded...like the ones you get at Ponderosa.

Wings

Post by BloodyFingers »

Deep fry for 18 min @ 400 degree's

Sauce:

1 stick butter Real butter not margarine
1 cup Frank's hot sauce
1 table spoon of garlic powder not garlic salt
1 table spoon of season all

You can ajust the amount of Frank's for how hot you want them. I have made at 1 stick of butter and 2 cups of Frank's. This is a lot spicier.

large pot put in all the above and heat it stirring till butter melts

when the wings are done put straight into sauce and stir them around for 30 seconds and take out.
I keep the heat on the sauce and keep it hot so when you put the 400 degree winds in the heated sauce makes the sauce soak thru them better...

Thats how i make them

Red Hot Ranch.

Mix some Frank's Red Hot with some ranch and drown your wings in this. Goes great with beer :)

Try Rookeez Sports Bar & Grill in of all places...Six Mile Run. 40 Wing Flavors and some interesting but good ones as well along with different quality dinners etc. The bar is done in nothing but Pittsburgh colors but carries a statewide sports theme with things on the walls from Steelers to Eagles to Phillies and Flyers to Pirates and Penguins as well as college sports..
