Undercover Inssein Joe-bama: Internet Troll.
I think the resumes speak for themselves.

Can you provide a single published paper of this noted scholar as either an undergrad or law school?songsmith wrote:Barack Hussein Obama: President of the United States of America, Editor Harvard Law Review, Professor (Senior Lecturer) of CONSTITUTIONAL LAW at University of Chicago, Nobel Laureate.

I can prove this!songsmith wrote: Undercover Inssein Joe-bama: Internet Troll.
Further proof of your complete inability to distinguish fact from opinion.undercoverjoe wrote: If I call you an asswipe and ignorant as a turd, egotistical, self centered, a little stump with a Napoleon complex, I mean it and it is true.
You are missing the point, he DIDN'T CALL OBAMA HITLER! He made a comparison to enemies playing golf together. He made a political statement. Why was he asked to even be on a political show? What was he supposed to do? Sit there and say DUH? Was he supposed to just be vanilla? What's the point of that?Bloodsong wrote:i think some of you are missing the point. we have freedom of speech, but not freedom from consequences and reaction to the words we use. tell your boss the's a fuckwad and see how long you have a job. Williams was an employee of ESPN and represents the company- so you may want to skip the Hitler card. trust me, if Chris Berman or om Jackson called George Bush the new Hitler, ESPN would have fired them too.
By the way, Roseanne Barr should have her head chopped off for just making that statement.Don Hughes wrote:Here is the funny part in this story:
Not even two hours before, Gretchen Carlson has asked why we gave all these celebrities so much attention when they are not in politics, in response to the uproar Roseanne Barr started when she said that all rich people should be beheaded for not giving their money to charity...
Not even two hours later, they bring in Hank Williams Jr???
Not busting on any political party, just Fox News.

I agree with your argument that people in the public sphere have trouble dealing with other people's opinions. I disagree with you that it's political wing-specific. Listen to any right-wing talk radio and take note of the hosts get in a huff when someone calls in with whom they disagree. I know you and Frank think that it's all one-sided, but there's enough belligerent discourse to go around.robthedrummer wrote:The thing that pisses me off about this whole thing, is this: It shows how spineless and how people are "offended" and "sensitive" to people's opinions these days. What a bunch of politically correct bullshit that all of the sheeple will just shrug at and move on. The left are a bunch of sensitive pussies, who can't deal with opinions who differ from their own, so they create a way to punish those with whom they disagree.
Why do you have a problem with the firing of Hank ? Is this the same undercoverjoe that argued that every radio station had the right to stop playing Dixie Chicks because one of them said GW was an embarrassment ?undercoverjoe wrote:ESPN just announced the split with Hank is now permanent.
To yet another hypocrit. Where was this opinion when the Dixie Chicks lost radio air play because they said Bush embarrassed them ?RobTheDrummer wrote:The thing that pisses me off about this whole thing, is this: It shows how spineless and how people are "offended" and "sensitive" to people's opinions these days. Why do you try to make up what I am thinking? I just posted that the split is now permanent. Period. No other opinion was expressed in that post. ESPN has the right to hire and fire anyone they want. They do have a history of firing anyone that is not a koolaid drinking liberal, but that is their right.Hawk wrote:Why do you have a problem with the firing of Hank ? Where is your same passion and support for the right of CBS to stop playing Hank ?
hypocritejoe should be backing CBS's RIGHT to fire Hank.
As Rob stated, they were not "fired" from anything. If you disagree, show proof. We do live in the United Socialist States of American. The song will do well if its a good song. Most of his fans will agree with the lyrics anyway.songsmith wrote:Wrong. The Dixie Chicks were featured on every radio talkshow, Hannity devoted nearly a week to character assassination alone, Fox News was all over it, and the biggest selling female group in country history went from back-to-back-to-back number one singles to zero airplay. I'm not the biggest Dixie Chick fan because of their "Goodbye Earl" man-hate, but I dislike historical re-writes even more. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, and Bocephus stuck his foot in his mouth. This new song he has will tank, as soon as he sings the words,"United Socialist States Of America," the vast majority of people will click the "stop" button. He had his time, and I'll hang onto my classic Hank Jr. stuff from when he was good, thirty-plus years ago.
