Reports now say she bought cocaine, ecstasy, heroine and a horse tranquilizer hours before she died.

Sounds like a suicide.

It's the same with actors/actresses and many sports figures. The problem comes from people getting ridiculous sums of money without exercising any real discipline or hard work to get it. Let's face it, music is FUN! Because of that it's a very competitive industry, so if you tell your boss "No, you're wasted, I'm not buying you any more _____" he'll fire you and get someone who will. Beyond that, I think we can agree that musicians probably aren't the best group of people to be around if you are struggling with a drinking/smoking/shooting/snorting/humping problem.

Or an accidental suicide. It almost sounds like she was speed balling. Either way, she was messed up and wasted her life because she liked what she was doing and refused to get any help.

Horse tranq, H, cocaine and ecstasy----I don't think Keith Richards could survive that mix.

It is pretty brutal, that is for sure.

Well, excuse me for not being as intelligent as the rest of you readers.
Randy Rhodes played with Ozzy AND Quiet Riot. When I think of Ozzy Osbourne, I just naturally think of Black Sabbath! Of course then, I was listening to them when most of you were just a glimmer on your dad's---oh never mind!!!

...for the record i've been listening to all forms Sabbath for 25years.Kinda ironic in this little tale is that Speak of the Devil was the first album i ever owned.Brad Gillis taking over for Bernie Torme,filling in for the recently departed Rhoads,playing Sabbath tunes that Randy didn't even dig.Go figure.Peace

I was reading on TMZ that they performed the autopsy and found the death to be undefined. So now they are waiting for toxicology reports. Now that should be interesting.
