Update on my guitar:

I called Guitar Center today because I never received an email from them I was supposed to get. When doing so I found that they moved the ship date to he 20th of this month. Well, that didn't settle well with me, so I did some looking to see who has it "NOW". I found that Sam Ash has it, I called them and spoke with a guy named "Jeff Godsell". I explained to him what was going on and I told him that I didn't want to wait for it. This is what he did for me -> He asked how much they were listing the guitar for. I told him that it was $679.00. The guitar is listed through Sam Ash for $724.00, he beat the price the Guitar Center was charging and ended up charging me 670.00. He also gave me no tax and free shipping, Guitar Center was charging me tax. And to make it better, they are shipping it today! I should have it by Friday instead of next month. I am very pleased with the out come.

When he was finished with my order he said that anyone who calls and just mentions Guitar Center will get a better deal. He also said that he will beat any local music store's price as well. I like this guy, he did an amazing job.

After I got off the phone with him I called Guitar Center, explained to them what I found and Canceled the Guitar. I didn't cancel the case because Sam Ash didn't have one in stock. So it will still be next month some time before I get that. It is really no big deal because the guitar comes with a gig bag and I can make due with that for a short time. I just didn't want to wait till next month to get the guitar.

So if you have any questions or concerns, give the guy a call. His info is below: Tell him you spoke to Frank, the guy that ordered a black PRS Santana and wanted to make sure it had the bird inlays lol.

I got my guitar yesterday. I canceled the case today because they are now saying that it won't be available till the 27th. This is the third time they extended it, the next time I go to order something I will be making sure that it isn't on back order. I know it isn't their fault because back orders are controlled by the manufacturers. I just want to make sure that it is there when I want it. Not three months after, if you know what I mean

I like the gig bag that came with the guitar, it is a top quality one and looks quite good, so I am just going to stick with that one.

Sorry guys, I had not getting the case on my mind - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GUITAR! It is not only very sexy, it sound awesome, it feels awesome and it plays awesome. It is a lot better than I thought it would be.

I love the sound of a mahogany body and this one doesn't disappoint. I will post some pics of me with it here soon, my wife wants to use me as a guinea pig for her photography class.

I can't wait to get my processor for it so I can do some recording.
