I want it in black ..

The green one was sold to my uncle Norman by my dad. Norman then gave it to his son, who sold it. I could shoot him for it. I was talking to my dad about it today. He told me that he wished he still had it ..RamRod 1 wrote:Gee Frank, ain't that green one still hanging around the "Leeper" family. Maybe Norman or Jimmy.
It ain't in "black" but here's the closest thing I've got.
Now that you mention that, I do see that is different than the original. It still looks cool, though ..RamRod 1 wrote:Mines a "64" Double Anniversary but it was totally "Bastardized" through the years. Notice that the color in the photo above is "Gretsch" orange. The "Anni's" only came in smoked green and sunburst and the "zero" nut was removed and replaced with a brass bridge. The pick-ups was Carvins when I got it so I replaced them with Gretsch Filtertrons. I couldn't get the correct Hi/Lo trons at the time but the filtertrons work fine. The Bigsby is all original and works perfectly.
