You bet public hangings and crucifictions are definately a little different then the usual babble! I bet that one televised public hanging at say, hafltime at the superbowl would not cause nearly the same amount of criticism that Janets little nipple did.

On our first Cd I killed two people (in lyrics) and nobody said nuthin about lyric content but on our second Cd I used the word "Pussy" and it was a whole big controversial thing.
Make a movie where people cut each others heads off with swords and maybee you get a PG-13, make a move where people do it and you get an X rating.
What does it say about our society, what does it say about Christianity, it's the religious right that gets all in a twist over sexual content in movies and TV but they don't have a lot to say about violence in media.
