Tommy Wareham & the Intrigues is from State College. Tommy Wareham has been playing for years; they mix up jazz, early rock/pop and soul. More info: http://www.statecollege.com/tommy/
Jazz In Your Face is a multi-piece group from Johnstown, and features a few members from Flood City Brass, along with young jazz piano prodigy Billy Test. According to their website, www.jazzinyourface.com, they'll be performing as a sextet for the Altoona show.

Randy Jackson is one not to miss. I have seen them everytime time they play downtown. They are the best for Jazz and improv around Altoona.Jim Price wrote:This was the list posted over at Heritage Plaza:

we would like to hear the live jazz but the stench of cooking carrion is sooo bad down there it makes us ill! it is awful they have to pollute the air with the order of necrophilia (love of death) at a jazz concert which is all about biophilia (love of life).
