WOW! So you're saying that you hope that the people that were shown celebrating and dancing in the streets after the planes hit the WTC, kill enough American soldiers that they "win" the war?

And here I thought you went as low as possible when you were insulting over-weight girls....

I always figured you to be some kid, sitting at home, trying to be outrageous, or funny, and that's Ok. But this is WAY over the line. There are American men and women, your age, DYING, fighting against a bunch of people that want nothing more than to see us dead. You included.

UNREAL!
I try to never weigh an opinion in political rants because more times than not, it only proves the complete lack of intelligence in some. In most cases, I'll throw a joke in or something because I enjoy sarcasm, but usually try not to voice an opinion. I realize that I have not posted anything on rockpage for quite some time, actually this is the first time I've been on in several months.

Today though, reading this thread, has compelled me to throw in my $.02

I share the same sentiments of Bag and many others on this topic, and have to say that I am truly embarrassed, disgusted, saddened, completely fucked off.... I really can't find the words to describe the emotion that I felt reading the words "i hope the muslims win... i really do." Seriously! Aside from joking around, or just trying to get people pissed off, that is by far the most unpatriotic, treasonous statement I have ever seen on this site and I am truly shocked that anyone calling themselves an American would make such a statement. In those few simple words Barfight, you have slapped all of the TRUE AMERICAN men, women, muslims, jews, christians, atheists, etc... fighting for the love of this country, in the face!!

Notice... I said "True Americans"! I don't give a fuck about their religion, race or creed. I'm talking about the folks that put their lives on the line day in and day out so that you have the freedom to make ridiculous comments. These people that LOVE the country that WE call the UNITED STATES, not for what its become, but for the dream of what it was at one point in time and what WE hope it can be again... soon!

IN MY OPINION, and I'm entitled, statements like that are the direct result of ignorant, liberalistic views and opinions. I saw an interview at some point where "Uncle Ted" was on Hannity & Colmes and he spoke of of a reporter that he posed a question to, to see where he stood... it was a good question... World War II, the US against who??? Nazi Germany. Where we the good guys, or the bad guys?

Barfight... today... the US against a RADICAL, terroristic, MUSLIM Society that wishes nothing more than death to YOU and ALL AMERICANS.... are we the good guys or the bad guys? Seriously... what do you think?

Well my Rockpage friends, after a serious consideration of the dialogue in this particular thread, I believe that it's time that I use the power vested in my office to administer the official seal...

Image

There's been talk about kicking each other's asses, blatant racism, grown adults who actually still believe in the fairytale of a black and white world (i.e., "Good guys and bad guys" analogy), a misconstruing of the facts by both sides...the only thing that would make me more sure that this thread delivers would be an outright argument of covers vs. originals.

I don't blame you for being scared, but being scared is not the best reason to perpetuate racism.

Most people today who claim to be Christians do not live by the rule of the old testament, there was some nasty shit in those stories. I don't really know Muslim law but I have met Muslim people and they didn't even hit me.

I guess that anytime you try to categorize a group of people you get screwed. When I moved back here from L.A I had the stupid belief that musicians and creative people were all liberal Democrats!

Boy was I wrong!
It's hard to debate with one as eloquent as you but I'll try.

I know they recognise Jesus Christ. That serves NO point in this conversation.

Abraham was stopped before he killed his child. Do you like to spin ?

So your Muslim neighbors tolerated you. I guess by that experience, we should trust all of them. Glad you straightened me out.

Unless they are in a position of strength, they will tolerate you. Since you do know so much, you do already know that the peaceful Muslim leaders in the US have yet to denounce Muslims for 911.

I didn't know Texans had a written religion denouncing all other religions. If they do, I will not trust Texans. Stupid , stupid analogy.

Mohammad wrote the three rules I listed. Literally. Do you have a way of being able to tell what Muslims follow those rules and which don't ?

The war in Iraq, is a war for oil. Not for democracy..actually, you know what I don't even know what this war is about anymore. It was always about oil but since we were over there the capture and execution of Saddam Hussein came as a by-product, and I thought we got that Mission Accomplished speech on an aircraft carrier, oh maybe 4-5 years ago.

I believe that the Bush administration made 9/11 happen. Yes, I've watched the loose change documentary. It makes a lot of sense. Some of it seems a little sketchy. I remember when I was still in high school watching 9/11 on live tv, and seeing the flight 93 crash site. The flight 93 made me question a lot like the perimeter and size of the crash impact, also where was all the rubble like burn't engines, metal shrapnel, and general debris. When I saw that site it just looked like a big hole, as if a missle penetrated the ground. When I saw the lost keys documentary, what they said especially about that site does make a lot of sense about how a missile and not a plane could've made an impact that size. That's just one example.

What about whenever I watched the buildings collapse, it looked like a planned implosion, as if they were being demolished. Every floor had little explosions that were visible from all sides of the building as if bombs were built into the walls/petitions right before the top of the building came crashing down.

9/11 to me was a planned, elaborate incident that definitely changed America, and for the worse.

I wasn't planning on participating in this thread other than an ocassional sarcastic remark and the official seal of deliverance, I but just felt like I needed to state this.

The war was originally sold to the American public as a campaign to find WMDs. When those weapons weren't found, the war apologists (i.e., the people who studied at the Karl Rove Institute of Rhetoric) quickly made it out that this was a war to liberate the Iraqis from their dictator. How quickly many people have forgotten the original purpose and refuse to hold those in power accountable for the screwups that have cost thousands of lives and billions of dollars.

I remember the war being sold to us, to get them back for 911.

I thought the war was over. I remember my president, four years ago, announcing "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED !". Is that thing still going on ? Damn !

You all make great points except for Gary, he called me an "Assfuck". I have met Gary though and I know that his bark is much worse then his bite.

I do not dispute any of this. Say what you need to say the truth is, is that the world is fucked up and we better fix it or we might not have this forum.

I am not going to argue semantics, Abraham was ordered to kill his child to test his faith. I assume that you all know he was stopped, but that does not mean that he was not ordered. Hey kill your kid tomorrow to test your faith. That is a pretty shitty time waiting for the big guy to rescind his order, mental abuse much anyone?

Do I spin much? only when I am high or falling out of a tree. The point was that all the good religious books have some weird shit in them. Makes it look like God was stoned when he thought these things out... Think of a company like Nike and how they advertise....

Anyone fanatic is dangerous. Any fanatic from any faith is dangerous. Do you agree with that?

Eloquent smelloquent we need to get the fuck together and get shit straightened out. I have kids, I am worried about the future of not only our country but the world. I just don't see us making the world safe with Genocide.

We have more in common then we know... Even Gary is a really good guy, can you believe he called me an "assFuck"?

You know what would be really funny? Is that what if what I said was the truth. I don't know what the truth is, and nobody really ever will. Unless there is somebody who want's to commit career suicide, and spill out some classified info.

Have you compared Gary's bark to his bite ?

I don't know of any other religion that says to kill off anyone who doesn't believe exactly as they do. Christians have been misinterpreting the bible for a long time. Like during the crusades. That was wrong. Killing in an offensive mode rather than a defensive mode is just plain wrong.

Some people are fanatic about peace. They don't scare me at all.

I don't believe in genocide.

Yeah, we need some good old fashioned "Peace-nicks"

It's not that I'm negative... it's just that you're so incredibly stupid it actually makes my head hurt just trying to imagine how you go about your day without ending up hurting yourself.

Really, I mean this with absolutely everything in me... you are clearly one of the dumbest people I have ever come across whether it be online or in real life.

I try not to judge people IRL by their transgressions online, but I seriously have to wonder how you've lived as long as you have... considering you have the mental capacity of a fucking chestnut.

This is a PM I received from Donna, last night. I'm going to post it... because I think what she has to say in this PM is absolutely integral to this discussion. I just wish she would have posted it herself, smart woman that Donna.

By the way, the Federal Murrah Building in Oklahoma City that McVeigh and his Domestic TERRORIST cohorts blew up contained an operational DAYCARE. It bewilders me how soon many of us forget that which the media/our government want us to.

No, you are one of the most negative people I have ever come across. You rarely say anything of value, always on the attack. You treat musicians like an asshole. You always have to throw your negativity in on a post, even though it's not welcome. You're an asshole to pretty much everyone unless they fit your idea of "cool." Personal attacks on people won't get you very far in life, you can call me some more shit, It really doesn't bother me. But what does is when you bust the negativity out on people that you have no fucking right to.

Now, back to politics.
