+1 for Ginger Baker man! great and very underrated drummer.
Cream was a great band, I don't know much else that he's been a part of.
They did a reunion show that I saw on PBS a while ago. It may have been early this year?
Eric Peterson is another one in the same category. Great player, and underrated.
I was learning Over the Wall last night and let me tell you, Peterson and Skolnick were monsters. Their riffs were so tight and fast, add to that a few lightning fast time changes.
