Hey Donna, my husband (Charltor) had back surgery 2 years ago. Dr. Osgood was the Doc that performed his. He is located down town altoona. Dr Osgood knows his stuff and def helped my husband out. i will say that he pulls no punches and doesn't sugar coat anything but def. a good good doc.
