I'd check your cables first. The wah shouldn't make anything feedback. Other than that you should be fine with that set up. Trust me, I usually run at least 10-12 pedals at a time.

My peads are run like this....

Out From Effects Loop > In on my pedal board > Bass Overdrive > Bass Synth> Flanger> Bass Chours> Bass Equalizer> TU-2 Tuner> V-Wah> Into Effects Loop In.

That help?

Somebody taught me a basic rule of thumb about effects:

Tune, Tone, Time

Tune as in tuners then tone, Distortion effects, wah, tremolo, then time, Delay, flangers Chorus etc, then noise gates and any other filters.

That's the rule of thumb anyway

If its not a bad cable, you probably have too much gain on the MT2 and pickup booster. When you kick in the wah, the boosted frequency of the wah puts it over the top.

With that set of effects, I'd probably go this order:

Octave Divider or Wah (whichever order sounds best to you), then Pickup booster and MT2 last.
...Oh, the freedom of the day that yielded to no rule or time...

Delay should always be last. I'd put the pickup booster FIRST, even before the wah. If you weren't using that, then yeah, the Wah.

My setup is, (When fully deployed)

Boss TU2
Boss NS2 (depending on how lazy I am) I'll run my effects, through the effects loop of the NS2).

GE7 (this thing hasn't been used in awhile)

Wah
BF2
CH1 or CE5, whatever one I want to use.

Then whatever delay module. Also your ear is subjective. You can run them any way that sounds good to you.

Heres my set Up i have two different strands one is from the fxloop and one is the front line out of the amp

front line =

Guitar > Wah > Compressor > TS9 > TS808(pro) > EQ > Ernie VP jr > Amp front input....

FX loop =

FX Send > Korg dtr1000 > Tremelo > Flanger > Delay DD6 > Dbx rack EQ > FXreturn

with this sequencing you have less signal loss from using multiple pedals and i have no one ounce of feedback problems, buzz or signal loss...when im not playing you cant even hear that the amps on pm if any questions
