looks like this was edited to speed the guys hands up.. in filming and editing film, this can be done by speeding up the frames you would like to speed up, in this case - the guy w/ fast hands.. and slowing down the frames in EVERYTHING else.. and if you notice, the guy being hit.. is moving extremely slow...
