Rockpage people

After meeting MOONDOGGY at Aldo's last night I had to laugh at myself. For some reason I pictured him as mid 30's with a beard or something. I couldn't have been further from the truth.... It's cool meeting rockpagers and putting faces to names.

The name moondoggy does conjure up images of the old Dobie Gillis show (Gilligan's Island star Bob Denver as a goateed hippster/slacker) or the old Beach Blanket movies, which I think actually had a character named Moondoggy.

go figure.

Lets play a Game...pick ONE rp person (of course that you don't know) and guess what they look like. I'll go first: I think AtomikEnertia looks like Bobby from the Brady Bunch.

Shut up troll ! Who invited you to play along? I can't wait to hear what people think you look like.

They could more than likely use yer face for a mold to make troll cookies!
What a complete loser you are!

If you look like Elvira, I'd surrender right away. God, she kills me. Always had a thing for Morticia Addams and Lilly Munster, too. Not to mention the babes from Van Helsing. There's actually a funeral home in MD called Addams Family Funeral Home and a law firm in York called Fester and Rotz. Sorry, got off topic.

My brother has an Autographed Pic of Elvira.
She's my role modle. The reason I have boobs. Er, no...that's because I'm.. eh, never mind.

And guys, be nice. I'm sure Ron's really enjoying us taking our music chat site and bitch-fitting against each other all the time... Stop being trolls. Stop antagonizing trolls. Just get along and talk something musical.
Hell, come out tonight to Victory Lanes. Get some beers. Talk. Meet each other. Then, if you guys still think of each other as idiots after meeting in person (since one generally will always misread the intonation and emotion in written non-spoken words) then go to down with the hate fest. But until then. Please please please please please settle down. Or shut up? Or just fantasize about Shauna and her teenie bopper friend (who are probably both 40 and balding transexual men..lol).

Gah. It's Halloween peoples! My Holliday! My time of year. So. For the weekend be nice at least. Tis the season. Fala la la la. An It Harme None.. Thanks.

NOW I'm a she...I'm a man, remember? "Bones are for Dogs, meat is for men". 38-26-36 isn't too bad, nor is wearing size 8 or 10 jeans, depending how they're made, at my "advanced age" of 42, which I'm told I don't look. I may grow older, but I'll never grow up, used to be my quote...so, do you have a problem with that? TOO BAD! I've seen the Allman Brothers Band, the G3 Tour and MANY other concerts...sadly Pink Floyd and The Doors were not among them, but yeah, when the mood strikes me, I'll wear a band shirt. YOU don't like it? That is your problem, not mine. For the record...I don't think you're "too young", either. See? One tries to be nice and they just refuse to let you. Whatever...have it your way.

It was an honor meeting you Red! It is Very cool to put faces to the names of fellow Rockpagers, even if I am not the 30 year old bearded rocker that you all think I am!

As for the origin of my name, I got it from my girlfriend's aunt. The first time she saw me, I was wearing my tan hippy drug-rug type jacket and I had some heavy 5 o'clock shadow. So, yes it was from an older movie that had a surfer character nicknamed Moondoggy!

As for Yankee Rose, I am very impressed! Not only by your dimensions!, but by the fact that your were at G3! God Bless you!

Back to the topic at hand......
The person I would have to guess as to what they look like, would be Woofburger! Now this guy comes across as a ripped pile o' muscle, and he might just be, but I doubt it.

Some might think, that since he often proclaims his hatred for Abercrombie wearin' posers with measly 8" biceps or flabby 'fatceps', he might actually be one of those posers. I don't think this is true either.

Others may think he is playing out what he only wishes he could be, when in reality, he could be a very large man..... maybe even morbidly obese, with a vast pile of Cheeto crumbs coating his StarWars shirt while typing away on his many manly message boards.

Another common theory could be that he is not a man at all. Again, he could be a playing out his fantasy via internet discussion boards. He very well could be a uber-butch she-man lesbian with the urge to prey on younger college sorostitutes.

When it comes down to the facts, the theory that I belive to be the most accurate portrayal of the notorious Woofburger is that.........

He is a PIRATE!

"Oh, Moondoggy"...yes, I - and my daughter were VERY Blessed to be at G3, November, 2003. The Q was giving away tickets and I won them last minute, a "Will Call"...I hope I get to experience Satch and Vai again...I have to say, even Malmstein...if one didn't look at his antics, just listened, he was just as awesome and when they all did "Rockin' In A Free World", at the end, it WAS a moment! I hugged the "Rasta Dude" who sold me an Official shirt outside the Palumbo for only FIVE DOLLARS!!! It was the only cash I had left on me, too. :) As to all the rest about me...I'm just ME, what you see is what you get. Those that have met me, if I was lying, I'm sure they'd say so. If a person doesn't like me, I don't care, it's most likely not from something I've done, it's THEIR problem...they leave me alone, I'll leave them alone, but do NOT f with me...they'll regret it, one way or another, "promise"!

BEYOND REASON r o c k e d tonight and thank you so much for repeating my song! I had a blast dancing with Esa, Zappa, MikeU, Maria and SLOTHKILL - it was awesome meeting you and your playing was GREAT with BR, especially your "Solo" during "Comfortably Numb", WHOO HOO!!! :)

Really? I don't...and as for the package, thats not what I heard

Some may disagree but I have always said Ygwie (sp?) was the best one of all at the G3 show, the showboat. And BTW, I think pumpkinhead looks like him in real life.

I've met ALOT of Rockpager's, and it is in fact cool.

I finally met Randy from Bad Daze the other night at the shop (Jam Blocks Rule) . Also speaking of the shop, I met Moondoggy there too.

Aside from that, going to hear bands play alot, I've met a bunch of people.

However, Yankee, you have to be the coolest, because you're the only one who ever bows when they say "Hello Deathmaster..." - makes me feel all warm and squishy.

Now that I think about it, I suppose I do SLIGHTLY bow, don't I?   I don't know about "cool" (I'm feeling all "warm and squishy"!), all I know is that when someone has a nickname like "Deathmaster", I don't take ANY chances! (I've called you Jae and NOT bowed, too! :)) Bit'chen, some words of advice, don't mess with the 'master! "Warm and fuzzy" or "warm and squishy", he meant it gives him a good feeling...you really do NOT want to get Death's Mistress angry, trust me on that one.

 Deathmaster, if you hadn't made it a "tentative" growl with the ?, then you'd be a tyrannt. :) I don't know, possibly it's the "master" part and the fact I'm such a major History nut? I also want to add that I have the utmost respect for ALL 'pagers I've met and that includes my fellow 2 percenters. To paraphrase, "I never met a 'pager I didn't like".
