Who Rules the 'page?

Post by Craven Sound »

It was brought up in the "Musicians Forum" that drummers ruled Rockpage.

I added an "other" category, but hit submit too soon. GAH.

I'd vote, but I don't see an option for bagpipes. :(

There's no option for "Fans" so I had to pick Drummers.

I happened to bring up a Drummer in conversation yesterday evening. There had been a Thread Re: Drummers and I have to say that
Slipknot's Drummer is the one Drummer that still comes to mind, for me...when I saw them at the BJC during the Pledge of Allegiance Tour, he was something else. His arms moved so fast, he seemed almost sub-human, plus the platform was turning sideways and upside down! He was so KEWL and had a LOT of EN_ER_GY! (I don't recall a single Laser, though...) Dave Grohl, of Nirvana and Foo Fighters fame, Drumming away in the Queens of the Stone Age song and on their Video. (One of the few tune Videos I've seen in recent years.) I can't recall the Title of the song right now...the one with the comical, kick-ass Deer in the Video...him, too. I don't think there was a mention of either Drummer...just a fans 2¢!

GOOD one, Bit'chen, but we all must defer to Ron, for he IS the only
true "Ruler" of us all and he knows it. Such POWER! Hail to thee, oh mighty one!

Drummers. Between Bob and Rob...they never shut up! Lol!!!
One doesn't have to have a high I.Q. to take over Rockpage...one just has to have a good enough sense of humor to put rob's head on every. picture. you. find.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a viewer poll or thread about who is your favorite rockpager... as in... who does this or that... list one male, one female. i'd be curious to see who get's singled out the most.

I can't decide what to vote for. I played drums for 24 years, guitar and bass for 15+ years each and ran sound for bands for over 2 years. I'll most likely vote drums. I can play a little bit of keys too. I can only make basic major and minor chords on a keyboard.
