Great line-up, great cause. I just can't really stand Bono. When is this guy going to go away and just concentrate on his career as a writer. Let's not forget we have an AIDS epidemic in our own country as wella s poverty (starving people living ont he streets). These people are not all drug addicts or alcoholics as many label them as. He one his nobel peace prize or whatever the hell it was, gee right in time to promote the new U2 album. How clever. Seeing U2 on stage with Paul McCartney, the thief of all theives, made me wonder why true heroes like Reagan get shot in crowds, and now when I want a stray bullet the most, even my prayers can't pull one through. Good riddance!!

I'm a big U2 fan and I can't stand Bono's pretentious postering for every bleeding-heart cause out there. I'm glad he's out there helping people, but everytime he does it, it's like "Hey look at me. I'm Bono and I'm using my power as a celebrity to rid the world of suffering. I'm morally superior to my lesser celebrity friends."

The new U2 album, on the other hand, is awesome.

George Carlin sez, "What's with these self important c*cksuckers who only use a single name? Bono. F*ck Bono. The bad thing is that you don't know their last name so you can't find out where they live and throw a f*ucking bomb in their window."

They only showed about 2 minutes of a band playing before they went to stupid interviews and such. It was cool seeing Pink Floyd back together though ...

You can see the whole rebroadcast from each venue in their entirety at the link below at that particular venue, completely comercial free and uncut:
