i know it has been a while since i have posted anything so i wanted to catch you all up on recent events. as everyone knows my sister and i took over october 1st 2004, as of april 1st my sister kymm has decided she is getting out of the biz, she will still be there on saturday nights for a while but has decided to move on to different things. her 6 yr old daughter is more important than anything in the world and that is the way it should be. soooo, i will be working alone for a while, and have many things to do and accomplish with all of the paperwork and such. i have to start from scratch and reapply for everything, i also (due to pa's plcb crap) will have to let go of the potato heads name and think of something else. with the new work load on my shoulders i would like to let everyone know that i will still do everything in my power to get you booked in this area and i will continue with most of my bookings. i also want to let you know that you can call me if you have any questions. my goal is to keep the music alive and support you in every way possible, what i need from everyone right now is a press kit, but only from those of you that are scheduled to play at my place. hopefully you will all understand that for the next few months any band scheduled to play will only be paid by what is collected from the cover charge at the door. there are two exceptions to this new rule april 30th, and may 28th. just so there are no nasty rumors or anything, I am not not not going out of business, i am simply starting over and it is very expensive and time consuming. the new sound system and remodeling project has been put on hold, so if you need to bring and pay for a sound guy, you need to call me. if you are scheduled to play and would like to keep your date please let me know, if you would like me to try to get you booked at behind the moon/froggys with fred and jackie or over the mountain with steve and kim please send me the press kits with a note, and i would be more than happy to do this for you. if i cannot honor my schedule than i feel obligated to help you replace the date, just to be fair to everyone. email or call with any questions.
