I forgot about the release date and just picked it up last week. Might be the best major label rock album out this year.

I heard Suicide Messiah on the radio about amonth ago, immediately called our drummer Hu Bast and said, "We gotta play this song!" And we (Big Bang Theory) are playing it - totally kick ass tune. If the rest of the album is this cool, I hafta go out and get it.......

Yeah, there are similarities.....I guess if you play with a guy enough, you start to pick up his techniques. Definately the same use of that slap delay for doubling and harmony techniques though.

i've never heard bls, but i did see an episode of aqua team hunger force were the milk shake guy got zakk to re do the happy birthday song. it was funny.
