Big John you would know this better than anyone else on here BUt any info would be cool... I saw a for sale sign in front of Peter C's This afternoon Please Big John say it ain't so... THE GRIMM will be losing it's second home and most favorite place to play if this is so. If nothing else I really hope things don't change until we make our return to the scene I can't imagine doing it anyplace else! This will truly be the end of an era.. And I'm deeply saddened.

You can contribute the sale of Pete C's to The P.L.C.B. and all the problems all the neighbors caused along with other issues I'm sure...

Now people.... There will be more clubs and bars to follow in this path if the community does nothing about PLCB laws...
