Anyone know Jeff Smith/Harris?

Jeff Smith (AKA Jeff Harris) is one of the staff of travelling musicians at Irish Kevin's and is from Hollidaysburg. Anyone know him or jam with him?

I haven't met Jeff, but have two of his CD's. He plays country and country-rock, if it's the same Jeff Harris...
