Through the ultra coolness of Ron Nearhoof and.....

Post by Geetarzz »

a stroke of good luck I was able to put these 2 beauties back in my stable. Ron was cool enough to sell me the Deluxe back, and I was very surprised to see the Esquire advertised for sale and quickly scooped it up. I immediately had sellers remorse after selling both of these guitars and am very happy to have them both back. I know Tele body's aren't very heavy metal, but with age comes the freedom of not caring what anybody thinks. They are my favorite body style right now, very comfortable sitting, or having them strapped on.

Sweet axes and congrats on getting them back. And John 5 plays everything from metal to Roy Clark on a Tele.

Yeah, but he's John 5 and is all that and a bag of chips! I'll never be able to play like him so I only have the "i'm old and don't give a shit" to fall back on. But i've had just about everything out there, and I just love the tele body style, all around comfortable. The Esquire will probably get a boob job "humbucker" but other than that they are both ready to go. I think it 's about time for me to get back in the game, I seriously have the itch again.
