Looking for Lead Guitarist

Well Established band Shallow 9 is looking for a lead guitarist.
A little about us:
We are a female fronted high energy party band based out of Altoona. We do a range of pop and rock party hits from the 80's thru modern (e.g. joan jett, alanis morrisette, paramore, lady gaga, etc..) We play all over central Pa and a few places in Md. Looking to break into the State College scene and any other college scenes. We have full production we travel with, lots of lights and good audio production with tech. We play any where from 3-5 times a month, it varies from month to month. We have a handful of regular clubs that we play but are always looking for new places.
What we are looking for:
A lead guitarist with experience and a good attitude. Must have transportation and your own stage gear. Need to learn tunes fairly close to the originals (we aren't note for note just close). Vocals a hugh plus, mostly backing but a few leads songs are a welcome break for our singer(not required tho).
Must have an open schedule and be dedicated to the project.
