The Horrorpops (my new favorite)(female vocal/bass player)
Nekromantics (misfits of rock-a-billy)
The Amazing Crowns
The Lucky Strikes (pa band)
Stray Cats (obviously)
Cigar Store Indians
Flat Duo Jets
classics like Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Bill Haley

As far as swing hands down the best swing band still playing to this day
Lee Pree-On and the Nails www.leepresson.com
The Automic Fireballs are good swing too

I'm not that big a fan of country, however listen to Vince Gill. The guy's got it going on, and doesn't have that typical whine in his voice. Not only does he have a hell of a voice, but he also plays a SMOKIN guitar. He was one of the original members of Pure Prarie League.

I am typically a metal head, but...

Johnny Cash

There are a few country songs that I like from different artists, but I am not a fan of country music. Over the years, I have maybe acquired about...13 songs that I like. That's it.

Brian Setzer is pretty cool too.
