Hysterical comment in the feed down below: "I heard colors too when I was 21. Then I came down." *lol*

In all seriousness, like a lot of musicians, I have synesthesia and I associate both timbre and specific notes with colors. For me, I've always associated

F with yellow
G with light green
A with red
B with forest green
C with blue
D with brown
E with black (and sometimes silver or grey)

I associate all flats and sharps with their respective naturals, even if they're enharmonic with other flats or sharps.

Don't I feel so special? :roll:

This is a neat subject, I tend to think most people have atleast a slight variation, or spectrum if you will, of synesthesia.
In fact, I relate words with other words sometimes. When I hear certain words, automatically another word pops up and that is what I think of. It's almost automatic, and I cannot control it.
For example:
February = Cold
Night = Dark
Kiss = sucks
Slayer = Fuckin' SLAYER!!!
Gas prices = anal sex
Marijuana = never heard of it
Marijuana = I got off work early today
