Uproar Festival-Pittsburgh this Friday

If you're going to Uproar in Pittsburgh (Burgettstown) this Friday be sure to check out the band In This Moment. Guitarist Randy Weitzel is from Indiana so cool to see a local guy on the big stage. Randy moved out to LA approx 15 years ago & has had some success out there & landed the gig with In This Moment within the last year or so. Randy is a killer guitarist & really cool dude. Hell yeah!

That's pretty awesome! I actually got to see In This Moment a couple years ago (Mayhem Fest), and thought they were pretty awesome. Seeing a local musician in there does make them that much better, although I'm not too happy about their latest album

I'm planning to attend Uproar on Friday, and hope to see In This Moment; I heard one of their new songs on Harddrive a few weeks ago and was intrigued with their direction. And I'm also looking forward to seeing Candlelight Red and Shinedown.

I posted in the "Services Wanted/Available" section on this, but if anybody else heading to Uproar has room for an extra passenger in their vehicle, I'd be glad to chip in on gasoline and parking. Message me if interested, thanks!

I checked out In This Moment in Bristow, Virginia Sunday Sep 2nd. Awesome band and what an awesome guitarist. I talked to Candlelight Red and also talked to Silvertung who have played at Pelly's recently. They made me aware that they are in talks with Aldo's right now so be looking for them as they are pretty decent as well!
