Triumph reunited a few years ago and has been doing shows occasionally.

Attention all Triumph fans – there is a flurry of activity going on with everyone’s favourite Canadian arena rockers.

Up first is the long-awaited release of the ‘Live at Sweden Rock Festival’ set, issued (August 28, 2012). The release will be issued on the TML label, distributed by UMG in Canada and ADA in the US. The set will be released throughout Europe on Frontiers Records. Consisting of a DVD and CD, ‘Live at Sweden Rock Festival’ faithfully documents the reunion of the group’s original line-up (vocalist/guitarist Rik Emmett, bassist/keyboardist Mike Levine, and vocalist/drummer Gil Moore) at the Sweden Rock Festival, on June 7, 2008.

Yes, Emmett is my favorite singing guitarist.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I didn't see his name in the "Greatest Guitarists Of All Time" poll. He shoulda been there...

Maybe he will be included in the "Greatest Rock Vocalists Of All Time" if they have one.

I seen Triumph with Leslie west band opening in Pitt at the Civic, man....90's not sure when exactly but always loved this band. I remember his spotlight guitar solo with a white brimmed hat playing the mexican bullfighter riff. Good times!
