It's an all original 87 560 in Lipstick Red, which is a very rare color for a lefty RG. I swapped out the pups for a Seymour TB-10 FullShred,Cool Rails, and a Lil'59.
Plays really nice, but I do prefer the RFR550, mainly because of the maple fretboard I think. It just has a nicer tone and I think the maple off-sets the basswood quite nicely.
I'm currently gathering parts for a lefty 1-Hum RG body w/ square heel neck and a Lion's claw trem cavity. I guess sort of like Vai's JEM, but without the monkey grip and the middle/neck pickup. I'll post that once I get it finished.
