Lead Guitar player, 24yr old, pro gear.

Post by Hoco87 »

Hello my name is Shawn, I am 24 years old looking to get shit rolling. I have played in a several bands original/covers. You name it ive played it at somepoint in my life. My most current band has split and i need to get back to playing and having fun. Im looking for rock n roll 70 80 90 2000's and current modern rock musicians or bands. I am open to doing originals if everyone in the band is open and ready to do work on it. I can learn songs quickly and be ready to step in and go. Cell phone number is 327-0521. Im around the Altoona area.

My gear -
Peavey 6505+ amp
Peavey 5150 straight cab
Epi Les paul custom
Epi SG
Fender Telecaster
and a sortment of pedals.

My last band was terrific but not everyone was into it anymore. We played everything from acdc, metallica, fall out boy, velvet revolver, godsmack, foo fighters, red jumpsuit app, red hot chili. Just a wide variety of tunes. Im looking more for dance heavy rock tunes and guitar solos ha. Thanks Shawn...

i can tell you all that shawn is an excellent guitar player...I was the drummer in his last band and would be in a band any day with him. It wouldn't be great to get something going.

correction on my post....clearly a typo for those of you not smart enough to figure it out. It was meant to say it would be great to get something going.

Any talented band or new band with high standards would be lucky to have a guitar player like shawn with them.

Different songs have different keys. Do you mean tuning?

No not worried about tuneing. I just am having fun drummes only use keys for there cars house and othe locks and lugs. Guitar players and all the other guys stand around and ask what key are you in? I just sit there and hit stuff with sticks. LOL...
