Thank God for "Justice"

Post by RiversFox »

If you haven't heard...Casey Anthony NOT GUILTY of Murder.

First off, those idiot prosecutor swung for the fences!

The jurors had NO RIGHTS to convict Anthony on any charges other than the ones presented to them. (BOGUS)

The prosecution messed up the wording of their indictment...

The MEDIA MASSES who BRAINWASHED 95% of America to hate this Anthony chick is just scary...

I personally agree, that she should have been charged with neglect or something but obviously not enough evidence for murder...

THANK GOD FOR AMERICAN JUSTICE!!!

The jurors did not get involved in the media blitz. They did their jobs!
God Bless them.

Those Prosecutors should be ashamed of themselves that this chick is going to get away with this...(like I said above she should be charged with neglect or something!)

They were on FOX (the prosecutors) saying what a great team they had and what a great job they did...and that they did what they could...
FAIL!

But please- if people are blaming the jury- pass on this information and stick up for the American Justice system...

Maybe so, but I am having a hard time getting around her waiting 31 days to report it, and then lying to authorities about what happen. If she was so innocent and did no wrong. Why would she do that?

Cnn is reporting that “the failure to prove a time of death or cause of death will be a major, major factor” when the jurors come to explain their final verdict. They did have an issue with that.

Me too... was she a bad mother... YES ...is she a horrible human being... probably... Did she murder her daughter.... maybe.......

The Prosecution SUCKED!

The Defense attorney was a very likable guy... and made it clear... The prosecution had NO CONCRETE EVIDENCE LINKING HER TO THE MURDER...

I'm angered by this trial...but it sickens me that people are blaming the jurors...the everyday people like you and me...who DID THEIR JOB.

Better that 1000 guilty go free than 1 innocent get falsely imprisoned, is what Judge Andrew Napalitano said. I have to grudgingly agree.

I guess we have to err on the side of the innocent, but she did something to or with her daughter, maybe not first degree murder. If she did not do it, I believe she knows who did.

None of us know if she's guilty or not.

Thank God we have "trial by jury" and not "trial by media frenzy".

This is what happens when you have a flimsy case & cant prove what happened. They shouldve waited for REAL evidence. Thank the prosecution for the NOT GUILTY verdict. The jury did their job great. You cant convict someone because of what "might have" happened.

Something very fishy went on there i think we can agree on that. But 1st degree murder? A lot of innuendo and assumption in the state's case. they might have been a bit over zealous in the charges, a lesser charge but one still with some teeth might have sticked.

WTF!!!!! What rock did you people crawl out from under??? Ever in your life been out of fuckin' Toonatown???
The skank killed her kid because she wanted to drink and party instead! Whether it was an accident or not, what kind of mother lies about where her kid is for over a month and would rather go and get drunk and laid than even make an effort to find her? Look up "disfunction" in the dictionary. You'll probably see a picture of the entire Anthony family!!!

Look, no one is disputing the fact that she quite possibly killed that innocent little girl. It is the fact that the prosecution COULD NOT PROVE the time and date that she was killed, as well as how she was killed. Without those factors, you can not have a conviction.

The jury did it right, there was no mistake on their end. If anything, it was the prosecutions mistake. They should have gotten more evidence before rushing her to trial. They got way too overzealous with this one.

Way too overzealous? The slut sat in jail for three years before the trial. There was plenty of evidence connecting her to the murder. I personally think there should be professional jurists who have degrees in criminalogy and psychology who are trained to make the right decisions in these cases. Then you wouldn't have clueless people deciding your fate!
Oh, yeah the skank just got a year in the slammer! Hope she's not housed with someone who's in for killing the person who abused them or THEIR kids!!! What goes around comes around!!!

OK, obviously just about all of you havent watched any of the trial. Except for maybe the past couple days.

Obviously she is a fucked up person, but the state failed to get real evidence and prove it. THEY dropped the ball. NO evidence directly connected her anything. There was NO cause of death. NOTHING. The prosecution should have built a stronger case instead of going for it all knowing they couldnt win.

They just assumed since the media frenzy convinced america, they could also. Its sad that they took a gamble when something this important was on the line. So are they gonna try to find out what REALLY happened? Prob not. :(

I agree! If the first thing on Casey's agenda, when she's released from jail, isn't to try and find out who killed her daughter, that should tell everyone who thinks she's so sweet and innocent that she already knows who committed the crime!
I think if the defense hadn't dwelled so much on duck tape and chemicals, they could have possibly found another angle!
All I can say is that remember what happened to O.J.----if you're that much of a dishonest, lying piece of shit, it will all come back full circle some day!!!

Believe me, I hope she gets the shit kicked out of her. And I hope she rots in hell. But the prosecution messed this one up, big time.

Oh geez, apparently a Chili's somewhere in BFE is refusing service to jury members, because they didn't like the outcome. http://www.abcactionnews.com/dpp/news/r ... ot-welcome

I don't want to sound bleeding-heart here - and I'm only gonna say it once - but I find it hysterical that everybody whose up in arms about this whole thing has been silent about the number of children molested and abused in America or the number of children who die of starvation in Africa or the other bazillion equally heinous injustices that take place in the world everyday. Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying the death of this child is a good thing and I'm not trying to undervalue it. I'm saying that everybody is undervaluing all of the other injust suffering in this world because Middle America has been fed this sensationalized media circus.

Nice Vash pic bassist_25. Just had to start off with that. lol.

Did anyone see the link on facebook?

http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/page ... 8805748706

A lot of wild stuff on there...not to mention a post with the full address to her family's residence (assuming that the information is correct). I personally didn't watch any of the trial, and have no opinions one way or another whether she did or not. Don't really care to be honest. It's just sad that a little kid died.

This is my biggest beef. There is no reason to hurt a innocent little child. It saddens me to think that people would do something like what happen to that little girl.

Don't get me started on "diaper snypers"! I'm sure you can figure THAT one out. But as far as starving children, I feel for them, but not the stupid parents that keep breeding them! If you can't feed 'em, don't breed 'em!!!
