Now, I know I should say a song from the Beatles, the Who, Zeppelin, or something to that effect, but I was limited in my 60's exposure (being I'm 29). I mean now I know some but when I was younger, my first song that I remember hearing from the 60's was "It's Your Thing" by the Isley Brothers. I was into that song for a long time and still am to this day. From, I tried to find out some horn parts when I was in middle school band (played the alto sax) to that song being probably the main karaoke song in my limited repertoire (haven't gone to karaoke for years though )
How about Ten Years After---"I'D LOVE TO CHANGE THE WORLD"? The guitar solo rocks! They also have a great live acoustic version of that song!
Do you know what year Melanie's "Lay Down"(Candles in the Rain) is from? That's a great "rock out in your bathroom" song! Not that I've ever done that---yeah, right!

Oh, guess I spelled Procol Harum wrong---sorry!
It's cool to spell the names wrong. I do it all the time myself lol
Yeah, I kinda thought it might not have been the 60's, 'cause I think she was singing about "Woodstock", but then again, I'm not sure about that either.
