Vocalist/rhythm guitarist available

Post by Onslaught Six »

I'm a semiexperienced (~5 years as a serious thing) lead vocalist/frontman and rhythm guitarist in the Altoona area looking to join an existing cover band. No original material; I already do enough of that myself and I know it doesn't fly too well around the bars in this area so I'm primarily looking to just join an existing cover band who needs a singer and another guitarist. I don't have to sing every song and I'm not looking to control the whole band or anything like that.

I have a PA and sound system but no stable practice space so you'll have to provide the latter.

I am not very good at playing leads of any kind and would much rather be a secondary guitarist who hangs back and fills space rather than be the primary guitarist.

Here's a few of the songs I'm especially experienced with and can do off the top of my head:
Breaking The Law
Rebel Yell
Mother
Dirty Deeds
My Own Worst Enemy
Blitzkrieg Bop
Last Caress
Man In The Box
Roadhouse Blues
Bullet With Butterfly Wings
Ace of Spades
Machinehead
Dammit
Zombie
NIB
Paranoid
The Kids Aren't Alright

As well as a bunch of other songs that I'm not really willing to divulge ATM.

If interested, reply here, PM me, email me (onslaughtsix at gmail dot com) or call my cellphone at 814-505-3915. I get off work weekdays at 4:30 so please no calls before then.

EDIT: Oh yeah text messages will work fine at any time during the day.

Bump. Seriously guys; I'm just looking to join an existing band. Surely somebody needs a singer.
