Looking to build a guitar

I want to create a double neck bass and guitar mix. Hahah its kinda still a thought but it would be freaking sick. I looked online and i can only find em on ebay. I was wondering if anybody has build guitars from scratch and wanted some tips. Im not going to manufacture my own neck i plan on buying them. Any ideas where i could find em for a decent price?

no its just a double neck with a six string guitar and 4 string bass

Why not just duplicate the bass with a Baritone neck? You could still keep it six string, same chords and such, and still sound more evil and more musicaly gifted than your Bass player.
I'm just kidding I love Bass.

its not for the mixed factor, its more for like a power trio deal. Like playing some chord progs, then kick in the bass without having to switch guitars. Geddy Lee used on back in the day, look it up on youtube
