Longtime fitness guru Jack LaLanne has passed away at age 96:

Another icon of my youth is gone. I remember as a little kid doing exercises with Jack LaLanne's TV show in front of a black-and-white television set. And in recent years, I always grinned when I saw Jack in his '80s and '90s, still pushing for fitness. The guy was a stud clear to the end.

I also remember watching him as a kid...used to laugh at it, but God I thought he would live to be 100....
