Hello Everyone,
Here is the recap of the January 2 edition of Rocky 99 and Rocky 104.9's weekly local music program, "The Homegrown Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 9 to 11 PM on WRKW-FM (www.rocky99.com) and WRKY-FM (www.rocky1049.com).
This week, we finished what we started last week, and closed the book on the past year with Part 2 of our “2010 Year In Review Special.” We reflected on the second half of 2010 on the area music scene; recapping the news, shows, band personnel moves, formations, splits, and other moments that impacted the music scene from July through December. And we also featured music from many of the bands and artists who impacted the area music scene and the “Homegrown Rocker” in 2010; along the way debuting new songs from The Servello Family, Roy Handy & the Moonshot, JT Blues and new live Halestorm.
