How do you set the intonation on a guitar? This trips me up pretty bad.

1) Plug in a tuner
2) pluck the harmonic at the 12th fret and use tuners to get it in tune
3) now fret the note with your finger at 12th fret
4) adjust saddle bolt until this are both in tune with each other

So you adjusting the saddle bolts until both the plucked harmonic octave and the fretted octave are exactly in tune.
