I have a copy of StarCraft 2, only a couple weeks old, for sale. Hardly played it so disc is like brand new. Asking $45.

Is the cd key tied to your battle.net gaming account?

It appears to be, yes. But if someone were to buy it I could easily change the information to someone else's email and such.

Well it appears the people at Blizzard have set things up so that once you register the game it's got your name attached to that cd key forever. So I'll be able to change it to someone else's email and mailing address and such, but it will still have my name on it. I'm trying to figure out a way to change the name but so far it looks like you can't.
