Musician looking to form a band

I am a musician looking to form a band. My influences range from Jane's Addiction to the Grateful Dead. I am intrested in playing some covers(lets be honest, thats what it is out there!!) but i have plenty of original material to build on. I have a solo album that i'd love to turn into a group effort. No drugs, no ego, just commitment, love, desire, and willing to practice!!! Looking for Drums, Bass, Guitar. 3 piece os ok, but i'd like 4. I play a bunch of instruments, so i can fit in where ever.
