Post by Mapex Drummer »

My uncle is giving these cabs to me. He has no idea what the specs are or the age. (They were given to him) So my question is can any of you know what the wattage would be? I could not find anything on the net.

The firt cab:

Cerwin Vega Model B-36

The second is:

Cerwin Vega Model RMH-1 Horn

Here are som pics.

Any help woud be great
Thanks,
Steve

Ah yes, the old B36 portable earthquake:

Frequency Response: 35 Hz - 300 Hz
Peak Power Handling: 1000 watts
Program Power Handling: 500 watts
Nominal Impedance: 8 Ohms
Sensitivity (1w/1m): 106 dB

This translates to 250 watts RMS.

Not sure about the RMH-1 specs.
...Oh, the freedom of the day that yielded to no rule or time...

Thanks Lonewolf. I hope to get my hands on these soon. I sent an email
to Cerwin-vega tech support, so I hope to hear something soon. If I do
I'll let you know.
