I recently purchased a Kodak Zi8 pocket camcorder to post some of the projects I hope to be working on in the next year. Here is a 21" stainless steel china cymbal my dad and I built several weeks ago. Its a very interesting bird....its is NOT like a bronze cymbal at all, but has some interesting possibilities. Recording this will be very unique.

Im building some drums/kits in the future as well and will be putting them here for some local feedback and review.

That's awesome man. I dig it! I would really like to hear it in person, I know that video cameras never capture the real essence of cymbals.
