FOUND - The Hawks PA - Darn you Rob...

I don't know the details myself yet. We keep two JBL JRX 15s w/ horns at RobTheDrummer's garage.

Slacker Theory uses them every other Wednesday.

Rob called me and asked where they were. We played a gig Saturday and Brian had them in his truck. I told Rob Brian must not have unloaded them yet.

Brian called me this morning. He DID unload them, which means they have been stolen !

I have yet to check the place out. We also had a power mixer and hundreds of $ in cables there some mics etc.

Be on the look out for two JBL JRX cabinets.

I'll post details as I find out what else is missing.

that sounds like a misunderstanding between you guys then theft but what do i know i wasnt there. I hope you guys find the cabs, nothing sucks more the losing/stolen equipment.

Anytime you have a massive amount of equipment stored somewhere, make sure its secure! or shit like this happens. Man, that really does suck.
Did the person only take speakers? If i remember correctly, that garage has a bunch of equipment in it. did they only take the speakers????

Haha, it's not stolen, it was in my house the whole time. The Hawks had a gig on Saturday and used the PA. It wasn't in the house last time I checked, and we had to setup at 4D's yesterday for tonight's show. I called Brian to see if he dropped it off on my way home from work last night. When I got home it was there, and we took it up to 4D's. Then they stopped by to see if it was here, and it was already gone. Haha, that's a pretty good one, should have saved that one for April fools. Sorry for scaring you guys Bill and Brian!

Thank God it was a misunderstanding. It could have developed into another political battle where UCJoe would blame " B. Hussein " and Hawk would put it on Limbaugh. Then our forefathers would have been mixed up in it some how. Then I would have had to bust out my .45 and go lookin' for the perps, only then realizing that I was supposed to be at a rally with songsmith defendind my constitutional right to bear PA equipment. Thanks for everyones concerns. It's good to know Rockpage cares. You guys rock!!!!

Thanks everyone for your concern. Rob called me at 10:21 last night and said it wasn't there. I gave him Brian's number.

Brian called me from work this morning at 7:51 am, to say he had unloaded it and it should be there.

I went there this morning and it was gone.

Wait until I see you Rob...

I will get you back !

BTW mjb, Rob has a pad lock on the door now.
