After reading this article last night, I was discussing last night the progression of how man has turned "war" (aggression between creatures) from a very localized scuffle to something that could destroy half the world at this point. The fact is, we need to just tell him to STFU, and give him a few samples of WHY he should STFU. That guy isn't going to just stop

What I find REEAALLY funny is this... When Dubya was in office, he seemed to make it his first priority to hunt out anything bigger than a pop gun in the Middle East. As I figured then, the truth we found was that it was all a bunch of lies. No surprise there. Way to go, Bush. Achieve the lowest presidential ratings EVER, BEFORE telling the people you lied STRAIGHT to their faces! Sheesh...

That proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that Bush's search for nukes was a cover-up for something though... Because we go hunt through Iraq, killing who knows how many people and losing several thousand of our own in the process. But then, out of their own little shadow comes North Korea. They made it explicitly clear that they WILL be making nukes, and WILL be arming themselves to the teeth! What'd we do about them? "Please, don't do that. Please", and I almost expected to hear, "Nukes are bad, mkaaay?". Here we are, 3 years later, and we're STILL sitting here with our thumbs up our asses. We've gone into Iraq and tore the place up, and pretty much full-cavity-searched EVERYTHING. We've found nothing, and we're STILL handing out butt-searches. We won't find a damn thing, and in all honesty, we're not there for any good reason. No point there. But I digress

North Korea is building up a lethal batch in their own back yards. We know it, we've heard about it, and we can even SEE the results formulating. We're not just on a whim about it, this is DEAD OBVIOUS! What are we doing about it? Nothing. Why? I don't know. In reality, our only useful solution at this point is to disarm them ourselves, cos they're not going to just do it for us. It's pretty much like a mugger holding an empty gun to our heads, telling us they're going to arm it, and us standing there, watching them produce an empty magazine and enough bullets to fill it, then filling it, one by one. When are we going to realize that right now is the time we HAVE to act??? When are we going to DO SOMETHING about this???

We can go have the balls to search a country for high-grade weapons, top to bottom, find nothing, and then watch as another country practically SHOWS us those weapons, and test-fires them to show us they're serious. What hypocrites we have running this country... And dare I say it,... What cowards
