Unbelieveable...the man who shot our dog a week ago today is in todays paper on the 2nd page shaking hands and having a good time with the logan township supervisor...sure explains why charges havent been filed yet...its who ya know and who ya blow i guess!!

i have contacted anyone who will listen!! laws for paws aid for animals, dogs deserve better, pets come first, peta, and the psacpa!! Anyone and everyone...i hafta listen to this dog scream everytime he tries to move and it breaks my heart!! im never going to let it go!!!

why are you waiting for the township to file charges? it was your property, he shot it, you sue. pretty simple, i think. even then, apparently he was shooting a weapon in a residential area. you shoulda called the state police on him.

we do have an attorney...we def plan to sue but b4 we do so we would like to have our land surveyed bc the lady we bought the house off of has informed us that the mans 2 sheds and porch intrude onto our property and that he has moved the survey stakes since she moved out and we moved in...the reason we are waitn for logan township to press charged is bc when he was shooting at the dog i called 911 and they sent the logan township police and at the time our main concern was getting emmitt to a vet and since it was a saturday it took me about 15mins to find a vet since ours was closed for the weekend!! and 15 mins seemed like a lifetie the way Emmitt was bleeding!! As far as calling and involving the state police now...i think it would be too late

Pets become kind of like your kids... How would you feel if somebody shot your kid/kids?

Bottom line if somebody ever shoots one of my pets they had better expect to get shot themselves... probably in the knee caps.

Absolutely, if someone, like my asshole neighbor shoots my dog, my best furry buddy, they're gonna get shot also. How do I know that they weren't firing on me? I consider my dog a family member.

Emmitt is doing great!! he is getting around really good on just 3 legs...we are still trying to figure out pee'n tho bc with just three legs he squats down to pee and sprays all over his front leg!! He is such a great pup!! tonight he had his first walk since he was shot and he def had no problems...he still pulled me around just like always

I'm so happy he's doing well !

When I used to ride / club race bicycles, we would ride a farm road in Sinking Valley. A dog with three legs would always chase us when we went by his property. Cool dog. Never caught us, but we appreciated his lust for the chase and zest for life.

Hearing will be on July 16th ...charges are disorderly conduct. ..animal cruelty...& endagering public welfare...doesnt seem like enuff and we are hoping he will hafta pay the medical bills
