Interesting. Didn't notice that until you mentioned it. Are there any Gold Members aside from tonefight? Then there is facingwest, who is a "Retroactive Member".

Is there some sort of premium membership? I'll gladly send Ron a PayPal donation if he'll make all the Hair Force One guys "Hairy Members".

Hey Guys,

I'ts based on the number of posts you have.

New Member 0
Active Member 1
Gold Member 100
Platinum Member 500
Diamond Member 1000

Active Retard and Retroactive Member are just special ranks I added as a favor.

OK now, who wants to be a "Hairy Member"?

Now it's making sense. Did you replace Senior Member with Gold Member when you moved the boards? That might explain why tonefight is a Gold Member, because he only recently hit 100 posts. Whereas members who hit 100 posts a while ago are Senior Members. Just thinking out loud . . .

Gold Member is more funner than Senior Member anyway, if only for the Austin Powers connection.

Did I just say "more funner"????

i think the senior members were the first 50 or 100 or something people to sign up to the site... look at the members list

Oh yeah,

The first 50 who signed up did get senior status. I forgot about that, Thanks Colton.

Once all of the major updates are finished, I'm going to take all of the inactive "Senior" ranks and redistibute them among the next active group of people who joined.

Hmmmm...Where do all the flames tie in with the members and posts? Senior Members with over 100 posts still only have two flames, where Hairy Members with 66 posts and Active Retard Members with 51 posts have three flames. Retroactive (with over 100 posts) and Gold Members also have three flames. And last but not least....Moderators and Site Admin get the full five flames. ;) Am I missing something here? heh

Oh Yeah,
Any 'special rankings', (hairy or otherwise), will always have 3 flames... never more, never less. Senior members can eventually become diamond members. Guess it's the price of being special. 8)
