Gm says no to additional 2 billion...
Gm announced that they will not need an additional 2 billion from the government. They announced a profit for the last two months. I will not jump for joy over this, but I will say it is looking up. Lets hope it continues.
Also, I will in no way, shape or form say that Obama is the reason for this. He had nothing to do it with so eva ...

in the event this all works out, and the economy dusts itself off and begins running again, and all the fingers are pointed towards Barack Obama as the main catalyst in the economy recovering what will you say/think/feel?
i see you feeling like a silly goose, but i also see you being too "proud/patriotic" to admit the truth anyway.
just a thought.

Obama is not the reason for any of it. He and rest of the liberals are too busy playing the smallest violin in political history as they cry and whine about being handed what we have. Well, Obama has put this country trillions more in debt over the past seven weeks. So I will give him credit for that. All this other is just an opinion of the butt kissers. I also still say he will not last more than one term. Newt is running in 2012 - He will be the next PresidentFreebirdSucks wrote:in the event this all works out, and the economy dusts itself off and begins running again, and all the fingers are pointed towards Barack Obama as the main catalyst in the economy recovering what will you say/think/feel?

I mean I don't know much about politics but everyone's complaining about how Obama hasn't changed the world in seven weeks but who really can when the econmy is in this bad of shape? I mean give the guy a chance, he's been in office for SEVEN WEEKS lol. If he does do anything signifigant (im not saying he will) it will prolly take a little longer than a few weeks.

Yeah, I agree that we should give him a chance. The only thing he really needs to learn is to quit quoting Presidents before him in his speeches (I mean come on, it is like he takes what ones before him said and just puts them were he feels they fit. I swear he memorized every speech ever made by a President), and learn how to read a teleprompter ..EyesOfAnguishbassist wrote:I mean I don't know much about politics but everyone's complaining about how Obama hasn't changed the world in seven weeks but who really can when the econmy is in this bad of shape? I still think he will only last one term. But that is my opinion of course..

Whats a 350 BOP?
You mean Buick/Olds/Pontiac?
If so they are completely different motors with the only thing in common being the bell housing bolt pattern.
Fu@% GM and all their craptacular products!
Ford or bust mutha fukkas!
GM need to quit with all of their "SUV-isms" and make some more economy cars that are competitive in todays market.
Remember the 80's Nova? Now that was a car!
The Celebrity and Citation were some fine Detroit muscle as well.
I'm just pickin guys.
I seriously dislike GM, but I would rather own an American product than an import any day of the week.
